Prices shown on our website are inclusive of UK VAT and are shown in UK pounds Sterling (All error and omissions accepted)

Advertised Prices do not include Shipping.  

Postage is charged at a base fee of £8 per item and all items will be shipped using a track and trace service.  

Our goods are normally shipped Via UPS, unless otherwise agreed with us. These Prices Are for UK shipping only if you require shipping outside of the UK please contact us for a Shipping Quote.

Our delivery liability is reflected in the terms and conditions that UPS afford us and is limited to postage refund only unless additional insurance has been requested by you..  

We cannot be held responsible for any delays or issues with postage caused by Acts of God, industrial action, vehicle breakdown, etc that is outside the scope of our reasonable control.


We recommend the use of a Recorded Delivery / tracked service should you need to return products to us.

This provides a method of carriage with tracking and destination receipt signature.  No responsibility or refund will be made for items lost or stolen whilst in transit to us.

When Returning your product please include full details of the fault and full contact details and any order details that you have.

In the unlikely event that you have ordered items you did not want, returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee

Picking Errors (Ours) 

In the unlikely event that the goods you have received do not reflect your order, please accept our immediate apologies and allow us to correct the situation. Please contact us by phone or e-mail so that we can arrange for the correct products to be sent to you.

Warranty Repair .

If you suspect your product to be faulty within its warranty period please contact us Before returning to us.   This does not affect your statutory rights.

Non-Faulty Goods.

Under the Distance Selling Directive, you have the right to return your goods for a full refund as long as you notify us within 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods.

HANDLING COMPLAINTS   We aim to handle any complaint in a fair, effective and confidential manner.  We aim to respond to complaints within five working days.


We work hard to ensure our website is as accurate as possible, however we cannot guarantee or be held responsible for any claim resulting from the accuracy of the information supplied.

Pictures of products are for illustration only.  Product specifications may change without prior notice.              


No contract will exist between you the purchaser and us the vendor for the sale of any product until such time as your order has been  paid for in full and shipped.  Until then we reserve the right to decline your order. Such contracts do not affect the consumers' statutory rights.  

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
